A two-story English Tudor estate on 2.45 acres inside a guard gated Bradbury enclave. The main house runs 14,017 square feet with a 2,498 square foot guest home beside it, ten bedroom suites, ten baths and three half baths.
Dovetail sits at the top of the firm’s published square footage. A separate guest house, ten bedroom suites and thirteen total bathrooms give a sense of the scale Chateau builds to when a lot and a budget allow for it.
