Whitmore Villa is a Spanish Colonial terrace, drawn in watercolour before construction started. Park View Apartments, on South Parkview, and Irolo Heights are further along the same path. A project manager carries each building from pre-development through entitlement and into construction, so what gets approved by the city is what actually gets poured, framed and finished.
